In the first two classes, learn birthing basics with RN and certified childbirth educator, Katie Robinson, where she will cover everything from signs & stages of labor, building a birth plan (preferences), physical comfort measures & coping techniques and what to expect immediately postpartum. On the third class, learn how to prepare a mental game plan for labor and birth with Carolyn & Lauren of Mental Push Plan. This class will be jam packed with tips and tools to equip you for a confident and empowered birth experience!
